Validity
By ordering a product you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly before ordering products in case there are any changes.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices of products are correct at the time of entering information; however, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Availability of Goods
All items in stock are generally despatched within 14 working days. On placing your order you will receive a transaction confirmation from WorldPay our partner for online transactions along with a confirmation e-mail from LOOP Webteam. LOOP Webteam will inform you by e-mail at the address given in the order in the event that the product becomes unavailable. If the product is unavailable we will offer you a refund within 30 days of your order.
If you have chosen to order the 2007 Flighttest and pre-order the 2008 Flighttest we will send out the 2007 issue as described above. In regard to the 2008 Flighttest we aim to have this despatched Early February 2008. If for any event we are unable to send this issue, we will contact you and arrange a partial refund for the undelivered goods. Any pre-order you make acknowledges the fact you have read and understood these terms.
Your Undertakings and Warranties
You warrant that the information given on your order form is complete and accurate.
Acknowledgement of Order
When you have completed your order you will be sent an email confirming your order. It will state what the products are, the cost (including VAT and P&P) and delivery and invoice details. If your order has been unsuccessful you will be made aware of the reason why.
Payment
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Returns
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from LOOP Publishing UK Ltd. If you proceed to order you will have the right to cancel for the purchase of any item from the time it is ordered to within seven working days of delivery (starting the day after you receive the goods). If you cancel the contract we will then refund you the price you have paid for the goods and standard delivery costs. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods, which means the goods must be unused and returned to us using the Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. On receipt of the goods a refund shall be made.
